Uniform Information - Parents, the end of the school is definitely in sight.  That means that the Spring Concert is just around the corner.  In fact it is on May 15th.  This will be the last time for some of the band students to wear their concert uniform.  The seniors will not be wearing their uniform again, nor will the wind Ensemble members nor Symphonic band members (unless they are playing at the graduation ceremony).  Which leads me into the next important part of this message....
1.  All SENIORS - must return their concert uniform no later than May 23rd (the day before the Senior Prom)  The uniforms must be dry cleaned (dresses and tux pants, cummerbund, and bow tie).  The gentlemen keep their tux shirts.  Please do not be late on turning these uniforms in.
2.  Those students NOT playing at graduation - must return their uniforms no later than June 2 (the night of the awards banquet).  These uniforms must be dry cleaned (dresses and tux pants, cummerbund, and bow tie).  The gentlemen keep their tux shirts. Please do not be late on turning these uniforms in.
3.  All FRESHMEN - must turn in their uniforms right after they return to the school after playing at Graduation.  You must bring in a change of clothes to change into.  These uniforms should be cleaned before the graduation ceremony so that they are as clean as possible when returned.
Mrs. DeLong or Mrs. Graves do not want to spend their summer collecting concert uniforms.  Please oblige them by turning in your uniform promptly.
Please send any questions you may have to Ann Delong at anmode@aol.com   as this is Mrs. Faron's last official correspondence as Uniform Mom.  I have truly enjoyed my tenure as Uniform Mom.  [Kathy Faron]
Students that have not picked up their concert uniforms from the band room since the Spring trip need to do so.  There is no guarantee the condition of the uniforms from the trip.  They may have fallen off of their hangers.  If they did, you can be assured that they are wrinkled.  They will need to be cleaned and pressed before the last concert on May 15.  [Ann DeLong - New Uniform Mom]
