GHBPA BINGO VOLUNTEER CHECKLIST
* 18 Volunteers are needed to staff BINGO—10 adults and 8 students.
* To volunteer, click the VOLUNTEER button above and follow the instructions provided.
* If you've volunteered to sell INSTANTS, please arrive by 11:30am; all other volunteers are asked to arrive between 12:30 and 12:45pm to prepare for the 2:00pm start.
* All volunteers must have a valid form of identification.
* All student volunteers under 18 must have a Permission Form on file.
(Completed forms stay on file until the student graduates or is no longer in the band program)
* All students must be 14 to volunteer.
* All volunteers are asked to sign up no later than 8:00pm on the Saturday prior to BINGO. At this time, the list will be downloaded and e-mailed to the BINGO managers so they know who to expect on Sunday.
* Please do not show up to work BINGO if you have not signed up on the band website.
